Design Deposit
1. Choose your pattern color
A 50% deposit toward your custom botanical wallcovering design. This deposit is required before design work begins and is calculated based on your project complexity level and estimated hours at $75 per hour. Your deposit is non-refundable as it compensates for the creative time and botanical research completed on your behalf. The remaining 50% balance will be invoiced upon delivery of your final design files.

- Flat rate of $7 for orders less than $50
Returns are accepted on defective products only. If your product was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the shipping box or the defective product to hello@trishapatel.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.
