If we decide to move forward, I'll send you a project intake form to gather everything I need — your wall dimensions, color preferences, and the story you want the space to carry. From there I'll determine whether we're personalizing an existing pattern or creating something entirely from scratch, and walk you through exactly what that means for your timeline and investment.

Design, Feedback & Refinement

Everything happens inside your dedicated project space — organized, clear, and easy to follow. You'll have a direct line to me at every stage with a simple process for sharing feedback and requesting changes. No wondering where things stand. No chasing emails.

Proof, Sample, & Final Approval

Before anything goes to print, you'll receive a digital proof of your design and a to-scale mockup of your actual space so you can see exactly how the pattern will feel on the wall. From there you can order a physical sample to hold against your wall and live with before committing. If you'd like adjustments or a different sample, we make it happen. Full production begins only when you love it.

Timelines vary by project. Customizing an existing pattern moves faster than a bespoke design created from scratch. I'll give you a realistic timeline during our intake process so you can plan accordingly — and I always communicate any changes promptly.

Every order is printed to the exact dimensions of your wall with only a 3-inch buffer — no excess rolls, no guessing on quantity. Virtually zero waste and nothing leftover that you'll never use.

I offer commercially certified materials built for both residential and commercial spaces. PVC-free and eco-friendly options are available — I'll help you choose the right material for your specific space during the intake process.

For completely original patterns created from scratch, the discovery call is a dedicated creative session where we go deep on your vision, symbolism, and design direction.
