Project Intake & Direction

When a project comes in, I'll send you a project intake form — wall dimensions, client vision, timeline, and any meaningful or symbolic elements to incorporate. From there we determine the right path forward. This could mean customizing an existing pattern in my collection or creating a bespoke pattern from scratch.

Design, Feedback & Refinement

Everything lives in your dedicated project space — organized for clear communication, feedback, and approvals at every stage. You have direct access to me throughout, with clear action items so you can keep your client informed and confident. No chasing emails. No wondering where things stand.

Proof, Sample, & Final Approval

Before anything goes to print, your client receives a digital proof and a to-scale mockup of their actual space. A free physical sample follows — touch it, hold it to the wall, live with it. Adjustments and a second sample are always an option. Full production begins only when everyone is ready and confident.

QUESTIONS I HEAR MOST OFTEN

Timelines vary by project. Customizing an existing pattern moves faster than a bespoke design created from scratch. I'll give you a realistic timeline during intake so you can plan accordingly — and I always communicate any changes promptly.

Every order is printed to custom roll widths and lengths based on your client's exact wall dimensions — no standard rolls, no over-ordering to make up the difference. Panel alignment and pattern repeat are factored into every calculation, which means areas like windows and doors are included in the square footage to keep the design continuous across the full wall. Some natural waste is inherent to how wallcovering works, but because everything is sized specifically for the project rather than ordered in bulk, that waste is kept to a minimum.

I offer over 10 commercially certified materials built for both residential and commercial spaces. PVC-free and eco-friendly options are available — I'll help you choose the right material for your specific project during the intake process.
