All orders are custom-made. Thus shipping will be calculated at checkout for each order
Sample Orders
Sample orders are customized and shipped on Fridays only regardless of when the order was placed.
- All sample orders ship on Fridays only, regardless of the day they were placed.
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after your order is processed. If you need to make a change to your shipping address or method after your order is placed, please email hello@trishapatel.com as soon as possible.
We offer expedited shipping. Please leave a note at check out and you will be contacted with shipping options and pricing.
All wallpaper is shipped via UPS. If other carriers are preferred, please contact us before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at hello@trishapatel.com. Please include photos of the damage and packaging, to aid ius in best assisting you.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has officially shipped.
Returns
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on wallpaper products, as each order is custom-printed and made just for you.
